Ike Chioke has over 16 years of investment banking experience gained from work in various areas of corporate finance: mergers and acquisitions project/structured finance and debt/equity capital markets activities. His industry specializations include the telecommunications, media, financial services and general industrial sectors.

Ike received his undergraduate education at the University of Ife, Osun state, Nigeria from 1982 – 1987, where he graduated with a B.Sc. Civil Engineering (First Class Honors), having been awarded the Unife Merit Scholar award in 1983.

In 1987, Ike commenced his professional career as a project civil engineer with the Ankpa local government in Kogi state, Nigeria.

During this time, he was responsible for systems planning, design costing, cost-benefit analysis and construction planning of civil engineering works worth $10 million and which had a direct economic impact on the local community. Subsequently he moved to the tax division of Arthur Anderson where he offered advisory services to major financial institutions and multinational oil and gas companies in Nigeria.

Afrinvest Nigeria Limited merged with SECTrust Nigeria Limited, a leading securities firm. With the merger, Ike was appointed the deputy managing director of the combined entity Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited (“Afrinvest”) and Head, Investment Banking in 2005.

On 26th March 2009, the Board of Directors of Afrinvest (West Africa) Limited appointed him Managing Director of the firm.

Ike’s investment banking experience would play a pivotal role in understanding the dynamics of regulators and market players; as well as building strong relationships with our investor community.

Bernadine Okeke

Bernadine Okeke holds a B.Sc. Accounting degree from Hampton University, Virginia, USA. She also holds an MBA (finance) from Suffolk University Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

She was a former Executive Vice-President and Head, Private Banking at First Bank of Nigeria from where she retired in 2015. Before joining First Bank, she had amassed a wealth of experience in banking from working at the Bank of New England, USA, Savannah Bank, Nigerian-American Merchant Bank and Victory Merchant Bank in Nigeria.

While heading the private banking division, she was in charge of providing premium banking services to high net worth clients on investment and asset management, trust and estate planning, as well as personal banking.

She is currently Executive Director, Business Development with Cardinal Developers.

Her responsibility at Cardinal Developers includes developing banking business projects in hospitality, multi-family dwellings and power.

Bernadine combines her creative thinking and strategic business planning capabilities to create sustainable success for new businesses.

Bernadine’s professional experience in the Finance sector, from technology implementation, investor relations and corporate governance; would be invaluable in the company’s efforts to build a formidable institution.

Mr. Collins Onuegbu is the Founder at Sasware Nigeria and also Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Signal Alliance Limited. A dignified IT professional with 23 years unbroken experience in the IT industry; he has worked as an engineer, a manager, a consultant, and an entrepreneur. He is currently an authority in the Nigerian IT industry and Signal Alliance which he founded is a respected player in the field with over 16years experience in IT systems integration.

He co-founded Signal Alliance in 1996 and has been the CEO since then. He lead Signal Alliance to be become a major force in the IT industry in Nigeria and his steadfast leadership culminated in Signal Alliance winning numerous IT industry awards such as the coveted System Integrator of The Year award in 2013. Signal Alliance is listed in the Nigeria Fast 50 as one of the fastest growing non-listed companies in Nigeria for 2103. Mr Onuegbu is a finalist of the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2013. He holds a BEng degree in Electronic engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is also an Alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School as well as the Lagos Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, a Director of the Lagos Angel Network and a Council member of the Institute of Software practitioners of Nigeria

Collins brings a wealth of experience about the technology ecosystem in Africa. The growth of his businesses as well as his garnered experience would be a huge asset to the company.

Chukwuka Emuwa

Managing Consultant, Systec Limited.

Chukwuka Emuwa holds a B.Sc. Electrical Engineering degree from Illinois Institute of Technology Illinois, USA. He also holds an MBA and MSE (finance) from University of Michigan, Michigan, USA.

He was the former Head, E-Business at First Bank of Nigeria from where he retired in 2010. Before joining First Bank, he had amassed a wealth of experience in banking and information technology from working at the United Bank for Africa, Valucard, OmegaBank and Accenture in Nigeria.

While heading the e-business division, he was responsible for business development and development of e-business strategy and implementation, as well as representation on committees of the Board and CBN, which include but are not limited to ATMC, Interswitch, CBN Working Group on Cards etc.

He is currently Managing Consultant at Systec Limited. His responsibility includes Consulting with specialization in Mobile Banking & Mobile Payments strategy development and implementation.

Chukwuka brings a wealth of experience in information systems architecture. His role would be invaluable in building strong system process designs that would lead our company to the growth it aims at reaching.
