We will like you to confirm the card type you are trying to register.
Also, please try using a different card as this may be from the card you tried.
To add a card, please click on Profile and scroll down to the option that shows add a card, fill in the required details and verify your card.
For verve card, you are required to enter the date in full. i.e 2/10/2018.
Then click on loans, then apply to take the risk assessment test.
Please also note that if your ATM card has not be activated for online transactions at your bank, you'll be unable to complete this process.
